Every seal recorded, every job certified
Once ceilings and risers are closed, fire stopping can’t be seen. That’s why our operatives photograph every seal, mark it on the drawings and log the product, tested detail and installer. You get a complete record for building control, your O&M manual and the golden thread, and an LPCB or FIRAS certificate for the job, whichever you prefer.

Yes. We have more than 70 directly employed, fully trained operatives and don’t use labour-only gangs.
Can you work in occupied buildings?
Yes. We regularly work in live and occupied buildings, including schools, housing and heritage properties, planning the work around residents and users.
Who checks fire safety in Leeds buildings?
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service enforces fire safety in most non-domestic and shared residential buildings. Higher-risk residential buildings also fall under the Building Safety Regulator.
