Yes. We survey existing compartmentation, then replace failed or missing seals with tested systems and record each one.
Who enforces fire safety on Tyneside?
Tyne and Wear Fire and Rescue Service, for most non-domestic and shared residential buildings. Higher-risk residential buildings also fall under the Building Safety Regulator.
