The refurbishment of the old Kays Catalogue Warehouse for a Lab corp life science centre, a global diagnostics and drug development company. TECL have been instructed to provide all passive fire and acoustic requirements within the building. With a number of areas being left open with no ceilings and grids, this makes a great opportunity for us to show case how aesthetically pleasing firestopping can really be.
